Terms of Service

Onda operates exclusively as a software technology provider (SaaS) and routing gateway. ONDA IS NOT THE ORGANIZER, PRODUCER, OR OWNER of the listed events. By purchasing a ticket, the user (Clubber) enters into a commercial contract directly with the Production Company (Tenant). The Production Company is solely responsible commercially (Merchant of Record), civilly, and criminally for the quality, safety, suspension, or realization of the event.
